MTO is a buying office for the Markant Group in Europe.
R&T helped MTO to start up its first SBS server in 2003. While growing, the company had expended its size and faced various challenges. Over the years, R&T has maintained and continuously improved MTO's I.T. operation to meet company's business requirements.
In 2017, the company has already installed more than 10 x IBM xSeries servers to support and handle its daily operations.
DWS operated 7 buying offices in Asia and Europe.
As an outsourcing IT department, R&T established and supported all DWS branches in Hong Kong, Shanghai, DongGuan, QingDao, Bangkok, Istanbul and Tiruppur (India).
R&T was also responsible to maintain and develop DWS' ERP system, and to coordinate all IT issues with headquarter in Frankfurt, Germany. Besides, R&T was involved the training and customization of DWS' new PLM system - "TradeStone".
NOVI is a one of leading footwear exporters.
In 2007, the leadership team of NOVI had made a decision to implement a large PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system but required additional expertise. R&T was involved as a part of project team, and helped NOVI to create custom XML reports, labels and SQL queries.
Therefore, NOVI saved cost to hire R&T in this project instead of paying a lot of money to PLM system provider for customization.
